Market rate salary, has done well with bonuses in recent years as well. Usually easy parking. Access to training courses. Access to technology on an enterprise scale.
|
Despite the possibility of flexible working, it still has a bit of a bums on seats mentality. Fairly stale and silent working environment in an office with no natural lighting. Overtime can be brutal at times but mostly fine. Access to projects and practical upskilling is very difficult. Teams working in silos.

- Everything happens very fast.
- Technology is at the very edge, sometimes you are working on things that are not available on the market yet. So you get to say you worked 3 years on a product released only last year.
- A lot of customers, huge environment, very challenging most of the times.
- A lot of work , they are growing, so you can get a lot of experience if you put your hand up. (some might see this as a con).
- Yearly bonus , company wide (target based).
- They promote from within.

- Not very well documented processes (they are working on it, it did improve from what was years ago).
- Not very well documented environment (this one is improving as well, but it helps if you been there for a while).
- There is no repercussion for failure (even after years of failing and failing again).
