There are many pros to working at RevGuard, but I would have to say the biggest pro are the people that work there. Every single person employed at this company is a person that pushes a little harder and gives a little more than most other people would. They do that because they care about the company's success. That's the culture at RevGuard. No one phones it in or just eeks out the day, everyone is invested in and excited about the company's future and growth. I haven't found many companies that inspire that kind of commitment, but RevGuard is certainly one of them.
I think one of the reasons for this is that this is a company that cares about it's employees and goes above and beyond to make them feel appreciated. Whether it's in form of providing breakfast every morning, or taking us tubing, or taking the entire company and their SO's to Mexico (ya that happened), this company works very hard to ensure that it's employees are happy and feel like they are part of something great.

2. Your opinion matters. Whether entry level or the CEO, the entire company has a say and is encouraged to share ideas. The CEO's motto is to "hire smarter than me and listen to what they have to say"

CEO is EXTREMELY generous. Takes care of employees- full paid benefits, lunches, trips, outings, etc. We are very spoiled here with mini fridges, snacks, and parties! One of the few companies left that does a matching 401K plan. Paid 2 week closure over holidays. Nice building, parking lot, supplies provided, nice break-rooms. The people here are great and the culture is fun, laid back and understanding. I can't imagine working anywhere else.

If you commute using 52, it is annoying sometimes. Not really a lot of restaurant choices super close by since Gunbarrel is a smaller town, but it's doable.
