Good pay but terrible work environment
|
Training was a joke, they didn’t teach us anything useful and barely went over the important stuff like what is our company about? What do we offer? It was mostly our trainer talking about how good he is at selling. He also talked about how much the company was struggling. Once on the floor i quickly learned we could say whatever we want to get the sale. Terrible work environment, an email was sent out telling our back end department “no more Netflix” these were the people who were suppose to be doing the work for the product/service we sold.

Just an overall bad time

This company has a scary turnover rate the HR and management are laughably bad. There is no room for true advancement at this company and it is very much like flatlining. It is generic posting and they buy accounts from Asia to create for their clients. Their sales department is constantly changing faces and they are under appreciated as well as not trained on the product they are selling

High turnover rate boosting 3 people, content over 10 people in less than 6 months and sales over 25 people. Harassment occurs and the HR department doesn’t care. While there is ping pong, holidays off and bagels on most Fridays this place is toxic and does not value it’s employees

Productive and serious work place with a game room

Clock in and get started. Had to make at least 120 outgoing calls a day and search far and wide for an owner of a business and get them on the phone and tell them that they need the product. There was a kitchen with fridges, vending machines, microwaves, toasters, etc. Unlimited suply of water and coffee. Great music was played in the background. All age staff. Some holiday events and making new friends along the way.

Don’t work here

Worked for this company for a short time as a Sales Associate. You walk in each week and there is at least one new face I had never seen more turnover in my life!! The stress they blow down your throat about getting Sales I unreal. Especially considering I hadn’t been in sales before. They make changes to the product all the time making it even harder to talk about the product to the people you are calling. The only part I enjoyed was the free meals here and there and bagels on fridays. And they hired a new HR person and he stinks at his job and is very judge mental against employee. My advice RUN!! Simple as that!!

its an ok company like any other office , boring and lots of drama, hours are great pay is ok , always get holidays off, this just wasn't for me don't enjoy making cold calls. when ur making calls people don't respect that your on the phone and talk loudly next you about in appropriate things and people always talking about other people.

Lovely place to work. Must make many calls per day. Quite easy to do. Constant encouragement. I learned much about the industry and management is always on top of all the changes that occur. Many people who work there are very helpful and want you to succeed. It is very challenging to learn about aspects of the internet yet Management will always be there to answer any questions you may have. Upper Management rewards those who are successful in Sales.
