Great work hours, very respectable pay. The company got purchased at the end of last year, and it's so much better. So much respect and support for all of the departments. I'm so glad I stuck it out, I'm very glad to still be here.

I've worked for Revision Military for almost 4 years. In September 2019 the Optics portion of the business was sold and although we retained the business name we now have new ownership. We retained the strongest of our leadership team and combined with the strength of our new leadership team we are headed in a most positive direction. They realize investing in the employees is a win/win for all. We're purchasing new equipment and hiring more staff as our business grows and will most likely need to expand our space. Our leadership team understands and acknowledges the importance of each individuals role in producing a superior product with our soldiers safety in mind. Although my hands don't touch the product I'm so very proud to be working for a company who's end goal is the safety and protection of those who protect and serve us. I encourage you to join our team; you won't be disappointed and will most likely be glad you made the move.

I really had to dig deep to find a Con - I'm not a fan of a cubicle setting. It's a personal preference and hard to get away from in an office position. I just don't care for it.
