Very negative experience. Consistent lack of communication, lack of respect & lack of professionalism.

A lot of fun, friendly and quality people in the organization. The founders, esp. Kirsten, are very approachable and kind. You will probably make some LT friendships here, I def. made more than a couple.

Overall a lack of professionalism in the workplace and not a positive work environment. It was not uncommon to hear very rude and disrespectful things and it was a very demeaning atmosphere.

Managing people is a weighty responsibility that goes far beyond job performance and has to do with people management, and needs to be consistent across all departments in the Company. I would highly recommend training for all managers on the roles, responsibilities and expectations of management, especially on professionalism, respect and people skills.

Management absolutely sucks! For a company that has been around for 13yrs they have no idea what they are doing. All the good employees either leave or are fired and they are left with stupid people that don’t know how to run a business. The founder (Kristen) only cares about money in her pocket and not her employees. They spend money on ridiculous consultants that know nothing about the company. Start listening to your employees and value them so you can actually start doing real mission work!!!

Lunch provided, other then that no other benefits. Health insurance is expensive and covers nothing.
|
Dangerous equipment that they won't fix because they don't want to spend the money. Work is always feast or famine. You either are worked to death, not getting enough hours to feed yourself and then they thank you for all that they put you through with frequent layoffs.
