There was great communication between departments. They were very flexible and family oriented. Great benefits. They had budget cuts, and I was one of them. 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 411575 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 4.0 Apr 12th, 2021 09:09PM Apr 12th, 2021 09:09PM REVShare

private:revshare https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=411575 Feb 28th, 2019 12:00AM Open Open REVShare Heading the wrong way It was good when I started, except my salary was on the low end. Good team, great boss, great environment, great benefits. But...things have changed. The company was purchased shortly after I started, and the new management is finally taking a more active role. Unfortunately, that means they've gotten rid of many people who were the glue holding teams together, and they're not doing a great job of delineating responsibilities for those remaining -- one person seems to be trying to do everyone's job, despite having a small fraction of the experience most of the other people have, and management is doing nothing to rein him in. There have also been some initiatives making the workplace feel less welcoming than it once did. Overall, it feels like the company is heading for a death spiral. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 3.0 4.0 3.0 2.0 3.0 3.0 411575 Open If nothing changes, you're going to lose everyone. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 4.0 Apr 12th, 2021 09:09PM Apr 12th, 2021 09:09PM REVShare
private:revshare https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=411575 Nov 3rd, 2017 12:00AM Open Open REVShare Pays the bills, great team, decent work place My department is a stellar group of intelligent and creative problem solvers. I'd gladly follow them anywhere. If it wasn't for these people I would have left to search for better and bigger opportunities. Our current parent company who recently acquired us promised us 0 lay overs stating "we never lay people off". A year into management they laid off 10 people. A week after the lay offs they hired more members into their team. Basically a assimilation scheme. They also took away company perks that made working here fun. -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL 0.0 3.0 3.0 2.0 2.0 2.0 3.0 411575 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 0.0 Apr 12th, 2021 09:09PM Apr 12th, 2021 09:09PM REVShare

private:revshare https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=411575 Jul 19th, 2011 12:00AM Open Open REVShare Ad Sales and Network Account Manager Temecula, CA Great stepping stone, but not a long-term place you want to work given the reputation of the company in the industry. -Ability to learn how Per Inquiry and Cost-Per-Action forms of TV advertising works. This is different than regular paid advertising and direct response. -Great way to network with new TV station reps and find new job opportunities. -Tradeshows are another great place to network and find new possible job opportunities. -Salary increases are very hard to come by even if they promise them every 6 months. It does not happen. Increased Sales revenue does not mean that you will get a pay raise. Commissions are also "uncapped" but there is no way to make a killing on commissions with this company. -Expect to be a puppet and do what they want or you will be fired. Meaning, your outside life affects your work as well so pick your activities wisely if you want them to find out. Better to keep your personal life private. -All major accounts are given to senior reps. Unless you bring in your own client list and the company is not working with that station, then you will only be allowed to prospect stations that nobody is working with. Pennies in commission. Not worth the time and effort to generate $5 in commission from that one station at the end of the quarter. - -1.0 NEGATIVE 1.0 2.0 3.0 0.0 1.0 3.0 2.5 411575 Open Keep your promises when you say that there will be a payraise. Provide more training to your sales reps in both network and ad sales so that you groom them to succeed. 0.0 [] No No 0.0 Apr 12th, 2021 09:09PM Apr 12th, 2021 09:09PM REVShare
