The management team is awesome and helps you grow as a professional. I requested to move departments to continue to grow in my profession and received nothing but praise. The company was able to create a role for me and we worked together to complete a transition plan. I couldn't be happier with the support I received going through this process.

Not many downsides to say about this company. One possible area of improvement could be cross-team communication and ensuring everyone is on the same page at all times.

When I was slated to join RevTrax for a 3/16/20 start-date, I thought the biggest adjustment I’d have to make would be going into an office on a regular cadence for the first time in several years.
Little did I know that I’d be starting my first day, and ramping-up from home without ever meeting the full-team in-person.
For the better part of the past 5+ years at various organizations, I’ve traveled frequently on business and worked from home when I was grounded vs going into an office. And I’ve never felt like there was a remote company culture that allowed me to get to know my coworkers that I didn’t work with directly everyday.
However, RevTrax is truly an anomaly. I have felt like I was part of the close-knit team from the very first day with full-access to the entire organization inclusive of the executive team - even remotely. Every single person has been extremely welcoming and have gone out of their way to help me navigate internally.
RevTrax fosters, and is committed to a company culture where I’ve been able to get to know my new coworkers over a multiple weekly Zoom calls for business, professional development and fun!!
In fact, a coworker told me today that she can’t believe that we’ve never met in-person because we’ve had the chance to get to know each other so well over the past few months that we feel like we are BFF already!
I am so grateful to have joined this unique organization that boasts Corporate Values that they live, promote and embody each day. It is very comforting to be a part of this company, where Jonathan Treiber, CEO, instituted a weekly Town Hall to ensure transparency and constant communication with the entire company on a regular cadence during this chaotic time in history.
