Dynamic environment, lots to learn, lots to gain

Having been at Rezdy for a few years, you can definitely feel a positive shift and greater focus and alignment. The Execs and dynamics are allowing teams to feel empowered.
People are hard working and the culture is great.
There's always a lot to learn and the environment is changing which can be difficult to manage at times but there's a strong belief in the potential of the Rezdy product.

A lot of changes from Covid's impact but that's been handled well. I'd say also that this environment is not necessarily for everyone because of the pace of growth Rezdy's in.

- Robust benefits package
- Work/life balance

- Lack of communication from management under the guise of "treating employees like adults"
- Poorly timed hiring strategy with no plans of improvement
- Compensation leaves something to be desired
- No concrete training program whatsoever
- Onboarding isn't done with HR, but on your own.
- Self-study is messy and inapplicable to actually training for the correct position
- Unprofessional off-boarding process
- Defined roles are non-existent. You will always be available to help cross-department to assist with responsibilities based on volume
- Spoke on opportunities to advance, but those fall through immediately when the company needs to cut costs
