Rezdy is a fast-paced, innovative, and fun company to work for. The team and the culture are top-notch. The business has grown rapidly during my time here and with that growth, I have been presented with many challenges and opportunities to build on my skill set and contribute to the business outside of my typical job description. It has been an amazing learning opportunity for me and I am grateful to be able to do it with a great bunch of people. Truly... the people are amazing and you're never just a "number" - your feedback and voice is always heard and valued. They are going through a lot of changes and need employees to be able to wear many different hats, so it can be a bit overwhelming. If you are looking for a boring, do the same old job repeatedly to collect a paycheck, then this isn’t the job for you. I have learnt a lot at Rezdy. It has been fast-paced, and there is always a problem to solve. Our customers love what they do, so generally are quite pleasant and relaxed. Management seems very much supportive and aware of the industry as a whole. I have been able to do more than what is outlined in my role, and felt that challenging the way we do things was always met with consideration, and not dismissiveness. I really enjoy the culture, our strong sense of self (and our competition) as a business, and have a collaborative passion as a company. Collaborative, Passionate, Diverse, with a strong company culture. The industry itself if tech-thirsty, so we are very much serving a need. Highly competitive office culture. If you don’t come from exact same industry don’t expect to get any training or receive support from colleagues. You will have to work things out yourself. Not without it's challenges but it's equalled with a sense of reward. This means there are loads of interesting customers and projects to be working on, whether you're customer-facing or working directly on the product. Things move at a fast pace but it doesn't feel too chaotic. People are focused on what they need to achieve and work well cross-functionally, and are recognized when they do really well. Because the company has grown at a fast pace and continues to move so quickly, you might find that the processes and platforms aren't as streamlined as they might be in a larger business - however this is improving. Rezdy does not respect their employees. Most of us came from jobs where we were million dollar producers. Rezdy did not know how to deal us so instead they hot rid of all these top producers so they could hire people at a lower rate. These people had no clue how deal with customers at all! Once I walked away I never looked back or uttered their name again! Total waste of time for those that studied the program & made an effort to excel.
