I'm not very good at reviewing stuff, but I like it here. I'm not sure what else I could say. As a company, we are pretty close. Events are scheduled each month that really help with team building and breaking up the monotony of day to day work. In addition, management respects work/life balance.

None really. It's a pretty good place. I have been here for quite a while. There were some much less pleasurable times to work for this company. Currently, it's pretty good.

We also have some programs that acknowledge and reward our successes, as well as encourage activities outside of work. The “Fun Club" program provides funds for exploring new hobbies, interests, and most importantly bonding with co-workers. Basically, we get paid to have fun! I've worked for other companies with similar types of programs, but none have been as consistent and meaningful as RezStream's.

RezStream is staff of 15-20 people, so growth paths are not ideal for mid-level professionals, which means promotions are not consistent. Annual meetings are the only way to know what upper management is looking to grow and day-to-day operations sometimes feel disconnected with the bigger picture.

RezStream is a small company. They have encouraged my growth both within my specific job duties and within other roles. They have taken advantage of my skill sets to utilize me to my fullest potential. They've continued to enhance the company culture, working in a Fun Club, social gatherings and a fun atmosphere. They have invested in tools to make us more efficient at our job, while continuing the ongoing education both internally and externally through industry events.

As a small company there is only so much room to move up. Each department has a manager and that manager reports to the CEO. If one is set on being a manager, this should be communicated clearly before accepting a position and the company is very up front in letting you know if your goals are realistic.
