Snacks * Great work/life balance. Unlimited PTO * Promotes WFH when applicable, isn't weird about actually doing it. * Budget for going to seminars/classes to further technical interests * Pretty cool work culture. While I've been here there has been a day at a food bank, paintball, informal trips like camping/hiking, go karts. Plus free beer + lunch every friday * People are good at their jobs. Current CEO Dale has clear vision on RF Codes future and has built a strong management team to execute with. Monthly company updates track progress across all teams and so everyone has a really good idea on the state of the company. We have a great PTO plan The working hours are very relaxed Beer Fridays! The company is burning money. The CEO is trying, but it is very hard to get new significant customers with our technology. The CEO has fired most executives, and the company has shrunk 40% from a few years ago. It reduces the burn rate, but that only buys us a few extra months. We used to get more insight in the financials, including burn rate and sales forecasts. There is a lot of turnover in the recent hires, but the "old crew" seems to stick around. The holistic approach to our solution and cross-team collaboration have improved greatly over the past couple of years. This is not the place for you if you don't do well in a dynamic environment. He's hired good executives with experience growing companies. We've built new products which has been nice to see in such a period of time. Wish he'd gotten here years ago. Still a small company, doesn't have the resources of a larger one. There are a few good people that are genuine, but most others are not or are always in a bad mood. Seems like a bit of charades to cover what isn't being said. Not a place I would recommend to work at. Performance has no bearing on job security. If you happen to bump into one of the managers mistakes and get assigned to fix it, don't bother trying to be nice or efficient, just get to the door before they do.
