Small, so there's less red tape - senior management is very accessible and supportive. Open to letting people transition to new roles - at least three people working here now have successfully completed a transition.
They solicit feedback often and take your advice into consideration. Hours and work-life balance are really pretty good here - most people leave by 5:45-6pm every day and they are flexible about letting you work from home. They pay for your insurance (it doesn't get taken out of your paycheck each month).

Behind on some trends in advertising such as programmatic, and you often find yourself playing the 'middle man' because RGM works with third parties to accomplish many things. This extra layer of communications with third parties slows things down and leads to higher costs for the clients.
RGM has not quite figured out who they are yet, which leads them down a lot of paths to see what they might excel at, which can feel like a chain of knee jerk reactions. Company does not feel very stable as they had layoffs in Q4 the past two years, doesn't seem to be generating high sales profit, and gives very small annual raises if any. Morale is a low amongst many employees.

Continue working to figure out who RGM is and what RGM excels at. Be careful not to follow so many different paths that employees feel like things are going in a different direction every week. Continue to solicit feedback and share honest updates on weekly sales calls. Consider taking some third party platforms in-house.
