1. They dont know how to work. Simply destroying an engineer's career.
2. Top management is worst.
3. All the employee are confused.
4. They have directors who dont have any idea on recent market scenario.
5. All the employee is having huge ego problem among themselves.
6. Top management have no future vision.
7. They quote every tender in Afghanistan but they dont win any of it because of management incapability.
My message to every engineer who want to shine their career, PLEASE DONT COME TO THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY.

No pros..It's like a shop.. late working on all days.. Even for official purpose they expect employees to spend money which they reimburse afterbeing4 months.. They don't provide tea or insurance to employees.. they keep shifting office from Dubai to Gurgaon to Kolkata retrenching employees in the process..Now they are planning to shift from Kolkata too.. salary delayed by more than one month

I have worked for 1 year with this company, this company has no stability, they had their office in Dubai after sometime they had closed that office & terminated their employees & opened new office in Gurgaon, after sometime they terminated their employees fro Gurgaon office & opened new office in Kolkata. They have no stability, this is moving company this company has wheel & they terminate their existing employees without any reason.

There is no good policy, No facility, Working time is much more, Salary is always delayed by two months, worst environment, Fake company, don't go with positive reviews bcoz that reviews has uploaded by themselves not by any employee, Management is worst. they didn't give employment to their employees for more than 1.5 year, No stability, No future or career opportunity, no policy for increment or promotion.

This is a Dubai based company. They have no employee friendly policies and treat them as animals. First they shifted their office from Dubai to Gurgaon and then from Gurgaon to Kolkata. They retrench employees in the previous locations. Now they are planning to shift office from Kolkata too.

As they are shifting their office from Kolkata hence they are posting fake positive reviews so that they can get candidates for new location.. Dont believe these reviews.. They have retrenched all employees in Gurgaon location and only two senior people sit in Gurgaon. Now they are looking for candidates for new locations and are planning to retrench employees in Kolkata. The company neither gives suitable notice or compensation to employees while retrenching.
They don't provide tea/cofee, insurance to employees. Salaries and expenses are delayed for minimum 2 months. When employee aaks abt the salary no satisfactory answer is provided by HR in Dubai.

There is no pros of the company... It (HR & Senior team) keeps advertising and adding positive reviews on glass door. Otherwise they have past history of terminating employees. They do not have any employee friendly policy.

The company itself is a con company. Never ever join it. You can contact any of its past employee, no one is happy with this company. Only two person sits in gurgaon office. They retrench employees every year.
Now the seniors got the work to add fake positive reviews on glass or and other sites. Don't grt trapped, they may give you good hike but they start harassing you. No work in company
