Since joining as graduate, RHP have done everything possible to help me progress with my career. They are even helping me achieve a finance qualification, which while not directly relevant to my current role will help me in future roles.
RHP has a great culture of work/life balance. It is true that we take our work seriously but not ourselves, which makes it a truly great place to work. They aren't a double platinum employer for nothing!
The initiative 'Your Work Your Way' constantly shocks my friends and family for how progressive it is. It's through conversations with others that you really appreciate what a great employer RHP is to work for.

There really aren't any cons to working at RHP. There is a slight gap for diversity and inclusion, but it has been recognised and the organisation are leading the way to resolve it.

They actually care about you, your development, your wellbeing and your happiness. There are so many learning opportunities, in the space of 10 months I have been on so many courses both internal and external. They invest in their people not only in their development but they also have great benefits including healthcare and a monthly wellbeing allowance. I have worked in companies where I have felt replaceable, under valued and also just not listened to. RHP is the opposite, everyone has a voice and their input is not only welcomed but actually encouraged. As a company RHP is always evolving however they make sure they keep their culture and strong values which really do put their people at the core.
