They are JUST this year implementing an internal project management tool and client dashboards, and the dashboards are YEARS behind the current industry standard. Very much a play the office politics company vs. the work that you do. HR is no help, they are absolutely there to protect the company and not you. The performance marketing team in particular is a joke. Structural changes are made without any real thought (splitting the department into content and connections strategy in an attempt to bill clients 15% more for the same services. Junior team members were/are SEVERELY underpaid. Some had to have side jobs while working 40+ hours low. Honestly i don't know how some of their directors and managers were okay with that while also in the same breath championing their DEI efforts across clients. It provides individuals opportunities for autonomy, which is great for natural go-getters. TRG is going through a rebuild, redefining the company's culture and vision.
