As stated above in a previous review if your not in the "group" forget it. Worse drama then a bunch of chickens in a hen house from male employees. Management is a joke. Depends on which "team" he is on for the day and no leadership what so ever. If certain employees have an issue with you they will harass and go mental till you decide you've had enough which is why if you do decide to work there then make sure you document EVERYTHING because you just might need that documentation later on.

This job was often very hectic. There were two owners who fought constantly because each one wanted to be the decision maker and that made it very stressful for all of the workers. I was the assistant plant manager.

As a long-term employe this company is ridiculous! A quarter raise iswhat you get AFTER a decade of work. If you're looking for a company to advance with you won't here. There will be open positions in house and many qualified candidates on floor who've been wanting a chance to move up or something different instead of even letting employees know position is even available they will choose a person or hire in from outside. Raises with this company are slim to bo chance unless you're management then you get bonuses and raises but as the floor crew who does all the work you recieve no bonus, no incentive to stay, bo real reason to care about what you do, you develop a attitude of you dont care about me or my family why should i care about you. Your attitude is you're there for the piddly thing they call a paycheck. They've got the attitude "you should be grateful you have a job" NO you should be thankful i come in every day hoping for a raise, living off a bridgecard to feed your family after 12 years is unacceptable but hey heres your warning take it or leave it THERES NO GROWTH HERE

Ok company to work for.

Like any company it have its good aspects and its bad. If you are thinking of working for Richfield make sure you are happy with the wage you get when you start as I did not see a raise in the almost three years I worked there and the bonus is another topic, while better than nothing, it was almost that. If you get in with the right group to begin with you will be a brother, but if not don't waste your time.
