The people are fantastic and the work is dynamic.

Management could be better; doesn't offer help when employees are struggling. Not a fun workspace - dreary warehouse with poor lighting and very few amenities.

Overall, the staff is very personable and the management at most levels is very reasonable and easy to work for. Pay seems to be well-above average for the surrounding area and industry.
|
Ownership is entirely unstable in what they want to achieve and how they treat employees is horrific which nearly takes away any positive in working for this company. I don't believe there to be any room for job growth or advancement. Company could be in shaky waters in terms of long term future.

They do excellent work. You can really take pride in your work there. Nice profit sharing bonuses too. Can't complain.

Past few years have been unstable. Many layoffs. There's also an us against them culture between departments. Teamwork could be fostered a bit more.
