The company likes to keep staffing as small as possible so it seems that you will get alot of opportunity to learn all facets of the industry if you pay attention and work hard. Pay is above average for the industry. Ownership is horrible and falls down to one person who does not respect those around him or look out for anyone but himself (and will tell you so). Makes stupid threats to entire staff in terms of cutting salaries and employees for no reason with no backing. Seems to be a lack of effort to go after accounts that could be extremely beneficial and prosperous for the entire company because of "stress" on ownership. I truly believe that this company will be fighting to stay open within the next 5-10 years. The production floor is always running at far below 50% capacity and sales force are seemingly instructed to avoid large accounts in hopes that servicing a large # of small accounts will make up for the lack of big clients.
