Wow has this place turned the corner
|
Everyday I see more and more leadership. A reset on vision and product has given this company a truly strong position with new verticals outside just retail. I can see the roadmap being fulfilled and who doesnt like Sales going up and cool stuff being built. My co-workers are fun, trusting and collaborative.

Amazing Company, little stability/security
|
There's a lot to love in this company... The work culture is great, the product is really interesting and the customers span the full spectrum of the IR500. The pay is a tad low but not bad. Also, the organization has gone through 3-4 cycles of mass layoffs. An entire division in 2014. 35-40% of the employees in 2016. The company grows and grows and then every +/- 18 months, they hemorrhage employees. If it weren't for this, RichRelevance could easily be an honest 4.5 out of 5 company.

As a whole RichRelevance is a great place to work. However, recently company priorities have shifted and the culture along with it. Corporate team can be disconnected and oblivious at times but the people you work with are extremely bright.
