Management needs to be changed to improve and prioritize the quality product delivery. Too much stress on employees to work day and night. (possibly 60 to 80 hours a week) Still no appreciation or thanks to them. Very poor Management. Development of the next iteration of the products needs to get moving quicker. All employees use Bad (F) words which will not count as a professional place to work. Because of the poor management lost many good employees. Most of the email correspondents with clients include technical support issues stemming from 'how to", they are reporting software problems for the QA team to test, follow up emails and phone calls. I handle lots of escalated cases, I provide support to our legacy users and our Enterprise system, team leader, work with key accounts and correspond with their management team and owners. From end user support to Tier 3 support, I typically encounter it in a days work. I have been with this company for 10 years and I have learned how to handle difficult situations including dealing with an irate owner because their system is down and able to resolve their problem in a timely manner. I have learned team leadership and management skills and work in a team envirnoment. My co-workers are enjoyable to work with and we pull together as a team and really enjoy the work day together. The hardest part of my job is working the development and management team which are in Indianapolis, IN and our support team is in Des Moines. I really enjoy talking to a customer who is upset about an issue with their software and I am able to resolve their problem. Whether I remote into their computer or advise them over the phone.
