Office building is beautiful and easily accessible downtown. Discounts at sister company are nice as well. The company stuck through the recession so they are doing something right on the back end. Management is stuck in the 90's - employees are not given any means of working from home, and the vacation policy is almost unheard of it's so limited. If you aren't sitting at your desk you are not considered working, so flexibility is zero.
