Can be an okay place to work
Laid back environment/ not much supervision; ability to make most decisions without asking for approval; opportunity for growth. Downside: no work/ life balance (can work more than 7 days straight), lack of training, not enough employees to help relieve work load/ no support from management; nepotism all the time
Snacks, Free monthly lunch, laid back environment, growth opportunities

It is not the worst place to work
Ridecentric can be a fun and fast paced environment. Depending on Management and upper Managements involvement in procedures being followed, communication is definitely not their strength nor informing their staff about changes prior to them taking place. It's not a team atmosphere, the vision is constantly changing complete directions and the majority of the work ends up falling on a few in the form of delegation or lack of motivation from others.
Snacks, close knit office community and close to everything downtown
Lack of communication/team spirit

Great opportunity for those with solid work ethic and drive
It's a growing company with lots of changes as you go. If your not adaptable or open to change, you may find this challenging. The work is fast paced most of the time and there is a lot of flexibility if you use it wisely. The benefits and culture are designed to create work life balance. Like any job, it's really what you put into it. Micro managing is frowned upon which allows employees to think and grow. Employees are empowered and your ideas and suggestions are valued and taken seriously. There are always opportunities for learning and growth. Overall, even though there are some challenges, it's obvious this company cares and wants what's best for it's employees, customers, and partners.
Great benefits, flexibility, empowerment
Can be stressful when busy season hits, Less management involvement than some may want.

Horrible management team ! Constant turnover, favoritism and no upward mobility
Worst company I ever worked for. Nothing positive to say about the management. They fire anybody that cares for employees. Do yourself a favor and pass on these worthless people!!!
Paid vacation and NOTHING ELSE!!!
Too many to list. Not 1 manager that cares about you.

Productive fast paced environment with a great team
I start every day at 2:30 PM or as we say in the journey management world, 14:30. A typical day at work for me involves making sure everything is looking optimal for the rest of the day and ensuring all chauffeurs have current info required and arrive where they need to be on time. I also heavily assist in both reservations/events. I take calls as they come in and assist clients with any needs/changes they have. I have learned so much in the past year working here. I have learned how to effectively work as a team, task prioritization skills, and how to manage multiple groups with specific special directions effectively. I have also worked in the field as a greeter, making sure mass groups of people are able to find their designated chauffeur. The management is very effective. They know how to delegate tasks as needed and inspire confidence in the team. The workplace culture is a healthy one, as there is much camaraderie as everyone is working towards a common goal with the intention to succeed and grow our business. The hardest part of the job is that at times, we can have a lot of groups going on at the same time with minimal staff, which can stretch us out thin depending on immediate changes that need to occur with any group. I also have to be very independent and manage my time effectively, as for the majority of my time there I am alone. The most enjoyable part of the job is the freedom and trust my company has for me. I am proud to work with these talented and intelligent individuals and absorb all the unique information & dialogue I can.
