They will hire anyone off the street to take care of your grandma. Constantly short-staffed. Staff never answer call lights and sleep on the job. Pay is laughable at best.

Don't lie to the staff and resident's families. Be upfront and honest, and stop covering up how terribly you treat the residents. Also, you changed the name of the company. (This place used to be called Robinwood Landing) That should be a red flag of itself.

The company is a sinking ship. The company has lost half of their business over the past 18 months due to poor performance. Former CEO resigned at the end of 2018 conveniently. The owner then replaced her with a business partner who has no industry experience. Lay offs followed to cover the new CEO's salary. The company has been stripped, leaving no resources for the communities. Charging the same management fees with fewer deliverables.

Once upon a time this was a great company, now, not so much. The new regime will run it into the ground at the expense of many people.

The owner is more concerned with making money than offering great care to the residents he serves. Ask him how many of his properties he's actually been to, he will most likely lie, but for the record not many and definitely not the ones he should have visited.

Regardless of how big there are as a company, they genuinely care about what they do and how they run their business but they also .....no matter your postion within they really care about there employees and it is shown clearly.

I personally only had issues within myself and emotions directly related to the job duties.......that's all the problems...which a lot occurred but they would be right there to try a help u through it

Ridgeline is a great company to work for. I've read the reviews and am shocked by what some have sad about the CEO. Obviously those comments are made from people who truly dont know her. Shes brilliant, committed to the team and is incredibly humble. She actually rarely speaks of herself and when she does it's to contribute her experience to offer ideas and solutions.At Ridgeline it is a team approach, and personal experiences help all of us grow and learn. As an Administrator we are given all the support and tools necessary to do our jobs well. Blaming a communities lack of success on the corp office is ridiculous. " A bit of personal accountability can go a long way", says the current employee to the previous employee.
