Lack of organization within the multiple warehouses.
Management often burns out employees with good work ethic. It's easier for them to pile work onto the ones that will get it done rather than expecting all employees to perform at a certain level.

A few of the regular employees that are still left there.

There have always been problems at RPC. Sadly, the horror show that the Maitland warehouse has become in the past 2 years seems irreparable. Most problems are easily traced to inexperienced management and the general lack of interest in their employees. This blatant disinterest has chased away all but a few decent employees, and most of those are feverishly looking for employment elsewhere. Most hard working employees have come to realize that if you do well at your job, the only reward you will receive is more work. Then to add insult to injury, you will receive the same annual raise that employees that consistently under perform receive. My best advice for those considering employment with RPC is STAY WAY!

The products are of good quality.

1. Compensation is NOT competitive. There’s little reason for many who accept working for this company to have to stay. Turnover is atrocious, and so is their usage of temporary employees. The benefits are not even remotely competitive. Anyone working here can easily work an identical role for another organization, and their compensation would be on average $7,500-15,000+ more annually per person. Seeing the behind the curtain specs of this business has been an eye-opener, and it’s plainly clear the organization lacks a dynamic culture and competent, inspiring, dedicated, humane and invigorating leadership. 2. From a human factors analysis, this is a modern-day sweatshop, essentially. The facilities are not properly equipped to have the people who are doing the labor adequately treated. Concerns about warehouse temperatures. Major Concerns about safety of operations. I am not sure how the company has passed inspections. They oversee literally no formal personnel trainings nor safety precautions and procedures trainings, which is a tumultuous thing combined with high turnover and especially, temp workers. For anyone with expertise in warehousing, it’s shocking the company is not being sued by numerous employees or by civil rights organizations on their behalf. 3. It’s quite a homogeneous phenotypes display, seeing cliques of caucasien people working calmy and peacefully in the air conditioning on either very elegant computer stations or being stationed on fabrics (also in a/c), while nearly anyone who is not caucasien is working manual labor for lower pay. Least diverse company I’ve experienced, and I’m college educated in Industrial and Organizational Psych. It’s upsetting to experience that atmosphere because there are effective ways to solve the problems. Makes me wonder why nothing is being done to create an environment rich with inclusivity, and especially, one in which there is less juxtapositioning based on perceived economic class or socioeconomic status and possibly race. 4. Certain areas of the facility wreak of cigarette smoke, making it difficult to breathe there and not become sick.
