Last-minute hand overwork
Since everybody is busy all the time, employees like to push the work to other members of the department if the task belongs to a grey area.
Management doesn't care about employees as long as it gets the job done.
Product gets spoiled easily yet management push all the arrangement of repairs to their staff to handle

No pros as there are more cons.

Sme structure, dont have proper SOP. Management and staffs can anyhow do what they like. High turnover rate. Only care about their sales and customers but not their staffs. Sales even worst behave like dogs and will yell scream at people and escalated to management for minor issue. So thats SME structure. If you can bootlick, you can climb up. Join at your own risk!

Fast-paced but good progression

Good advancement. Can learn a lot due to multi-tasking. Staff welfare & benefits has improved alot. Generally work-life balance, quite flexible on work timing (can knock off on time, but sometimes have to bring work home).

Challenging environment with aggressive growth targets. Trying to do too many things at the same time. Department management style varies (some good, some bad). Very fast-paced work environment.
