Management and staffs can anyhow do what they like. High turnover rate. Only care about their sales and customers but not their staffs. Sales even worst behave like dogs and will yell scream at people and escalated to management for minor issue. So thats SME structure. If you can bootlick, you can climb up. Challenging environment with aggressive growth targets. Trying to do too many things at the same time. Department management style varies (some good, some bad).
