Rightech has been the best Staffing firm I’ve worked for, the commission structure is the best in the business. Rightech gives the opportunity for upward mobility. Learning the skillsets in their niche’ sectors is essential and the management team is there to guide you through this process. I personally like how Rightech is committed to their clients success through their internal nomenclature – Recruiting, Account Management / Service Delivery, and business development. Last but not least it makes it easier on Rightech’s field-based employees that payroll is processed weekly as opposed to bi-weekly. Rightechis not a 9-5 job , but the more time you put in the more you are rewarded. Rightech gives the opportunity to climb the rungs of the ladder , get on a fast track to success, and if desired they give you the opportunity to open new nationwide branches. The sky is the limit at Rightech.
