I worked at Rightway Solution for more than 3 years, I can confidently say that I never had such self-learning and growth opportunities in any of my past employers. The directors directly invest their time and energy into making sure you learn and implement new concepts and ideas thus growing in your profile all the way.

- Keeps implementing new policy that affects the personal life
- Very less number of holdiay, not even National holdiays. Casual and earned leaves are reduce every year
