Growing financially on paper, but the company is a mess. No one in middle management knows what's going on, are very "yes" people. Upper management have a great vision, and lack appropriate people in place to execute. No career growth available, no training and everyone is continually scrambling. Health Benefits cut (not completely, but amount available) in 2023.
