Productive work environment

Great place to work as a lead (supervisor). your more so on your own with decision making. But there should be more of a command from higher ups giving the knowledge to employees held in lead positions on the specific way the company should be ran to fulfill customer demands. Overall it's a great place to work only when team leads followed down the chain to employees have a clear understanding of due dates on shipments leaving the warehouse, giving you the opportunity to push your team to make deadlines.

It was good, fast pace environment. You got to make overtime anytime. The job was very close to home. And the boss was pretty nice. In general I would recommend job, if you talk about pay first.

The management there is the most dishonest group of people I have ever worked for. They lie to the employees and they lie to their customers. The owners and management are very dishonest. The culture there is the absolute worst to work in. I would advise anyone looking for a job to stay away from this place.

I worked here on short notice to help out. I enjoyed the people I worked with and the time I was there. I managed at times 8 others to complete projects. I learned about shipping methods and packaging. The hardest part of the job was long hours for little pay
