The supervisors really have a hand in getting you where you want to go with coaching and developing constantly which led to me being able to help other team members grow and become more knowledgable about the products and how to master a conversation via chat. 0.0 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 Jan 29th, 2021 08:11PM Mar 20th, 2021 01:11PM Ring

Dont let the free lunch and smiles all over fool you.Once you hit that floor if you are there on your own merits you will not have supervisor support because they are now in the business of bringing in outsiders to supervise tech support that they know nothing at all about 0.0 0.0 2.0 2.0 2.0 1.0 5.0 1.0 Jan 29th, 2021 08:11PM Mar 19th, 2021 08:17PM Ring
private:ring https://www.indeed.com/cmp/ring.com/reviews Dec 18th, 2019 12:00AM Open Open Open Ring.com Tech Support Glendale, AZ USA Drone work.but still better than most When I started the company showed potential as an old school employee and customer oriented place, Amazon has eroded half of that away changed promised benefits to match the ok benefits but not as great as before type they think is fair but is not type, squashed any bonuses for level ones and crushed a chance at getting raises by moving our jobs over seas. There is no communication no time to train as before. Not as bad as other call centers Amazon is changing it to be like all other call centers 0.0 0.0 5.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 Jan 29th, 2021 08:11PM Mar 20th, 2021 04:03PM Ring
private:ring https://www.indeed.com/cmp/ring.com/reviews Oct 28th, 2019 12:00AM Open Open Open Ring.com Customer Support Supervisor Scottsdale, AZ USA Was a great place in its infancy and then became all about favoritism. There were no annual reviews or raises for the first 3 years for Supervisors. There is a "black list" there (as confirmed by the original HR boss) that if you are deemed a threat to the role of your boss (or someone bringing up a negative issue), you're put on that list and then pushed out. Two HR Directors later, I was complimented by our HR Director for doing a great job but 1 month later I attempted to report 2 cases of discriminatory practices (which as a boss you're legally suppose to), told by one Ops Mgr to not bring it up and then told the same by another Ops Mgr to not bring it up (even with evidence) and then I was separated due to RETALIATION by the Ops Mgr. They said it was performance but every Supervisor saw I had better performance stats than 75% of the other Supervisors. You have to wonder why so many great people have left or were separated. 2.0 0.0 1.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 Jan 29th, 2021 08:11PM Mar 20th, 2021 01:24PM Ring

Had an incredible environment and culture. After Amazon took over that all died. The culture is gone, every decision they make has made the company worse, its not a bad place to be but there's nothing special about it anymore. 3.0 0.0 3.0 4.0 2.0 2.0 3.0 4.0 Jan 29th, 2021 08:11PM Mar 19th, 2021 08:44PM Ring

The trainers were detailed and usually professional. The environment was mostly positive and Co workers were very helpful. 0.0 0.0 4.0 4.0 4.0 3.0 4.0 4.0 Jan 29th, 2021 08:11PM Mar 20th, 2021 01:28PM Ring

If this is your first time working for a call center, tread lightly. They are owned by amazon and you can tell right away.
