Customers love the products, both end-users and their managers. Even tech staff loves the products because they simplify the sales stack. As a senior sales person, I use our tools to be a better version of myself and they are very helpful for prospecting, opportunity management and account management. The culture is outstanding. Everyone I've met is positive/encouraging and smart. The comp is great and most importantly, the leaders in sales, product, marketing, etc. are all outstanding.

Everybody that's at Revenue.io is friendly and wants to be there. That's never been the case anywhere else I've worked :) Recently moved to flexible time off. Good compensation

maybe a pro and a con? they don't over-hire, which is great bc we're not facing mass layoffs like a lot of companies in this economy. but it also means there's always *plenty* to be done.

- A few employees who have since left because they were underpaid and treated horribly
|
- Severely underpaid , AEs had to fight for commission - Turnover is incredibly high - Pay for all their Gartner reviews - No real leadership (CEO claims to be a "psychologist" (has no real credentials aka no PHD and is abusive towards employees, especially women) - Sexism is prevalent - Impossible product to sell - Products don't even work

- Highest turnover rate (no one is there longer than a year max) - Been in Series B for over 10 years (not growing at all) - Lost top Account Executives to amazing companies (LinkedIn premium shows 21% decrease in sales department just in the past year) - Don't pay sales people their full commission - Horrible Leadership (Sexism is very prevalent) - Can't compete with competitors (Gong, Salesloft, Outreach) - CEO has no real understanding of running a business
