-Nepotism
-No HR department, so all things HR are very disorganized and delayed. 90-day review was 2 months late.
-Very inexperienced manager lacked people skills.
-Poor work-life balance.
-Poor benefits and PTO. Company does not seem to care very much about its employees in terms of well being.
-Company refuses to pay out for unused PTO and 2-week notice period.

It’s a great time to be in this space, at this specific company where there is so much room for growth -all competitor companies are at least twice the size in terms of employee count ... very low employee churn rate and the amount of employees that have stuck around to grow their careers here is unparalleled.
