This job is not for the weak willed. They will demand you hit the ground running, challenge yourself and be self motivated to learn everyday. With that said, you will be working with the top industry leaders of multiple generations. The talent pool of colleagues will be tough to match anywhere. I was seniored in sales before coming to RingLead and my growth and wealth of knowledge gained was worth every challenging moment. Regardless of where you are at in your career you will be challenged and you will grow! If you are strong willed and determined this is a great opportunity. The company is growing at lightspeed and I have no doubt it will be a powerhouse in the Data space (which if you haven’t guessed by now is the future.) If you are not willing to give 100%, cannot roll with the punches and are not adaptable, this environment is not for you (hence many of the other reviews on here). I will not sugar coat this job. It’s very challenging. It’s very demanding.If you can be honest with yourself and your work ethic, it’s the right place at the right time! For people who are hungry, eat your heart out...but you better be hungry if you walk through those doors! Ringlead takes care of its own. When you’re there, you’re treated like family. (The good and bad) but they care about everyone tremendously.
