There was a temporary shutdown of internet servers that put a halt to many people’s job tasks. Instead of being understanding of having less to do, the company forced employees to “find something to do” and that if they are paying us for a certain hours of work we must be working the entire time. If you are caught lounging back for a moment or on your phone, they will no hesitate to scold and possibly fire you for it. They don’t care. I feel pressured for my entire shift. I felt like I had to always be on my own and not being paid enough at that and having to figure stuff out alone . I was supposed to have a helper and never did , even on dangerous jobs . Management doesn't follow company policy, Hiring management positions when applicants are not qualified or lack of time required with the company as per job requirements posted in career section of the company website. No chance for advancement, (unless you know some body, experience or knowledge doesn't matter) I applied for shop foreman position, I was told that I was to old and that they want to hire some one younger to grow with the company, Feeling discriminated against because of age. Bombarded with emails in big red letters of what the budget requires, and not making it, as if I alone am responsible for it. I've worked here for 4 years, and many of the techs that worked here for 10,15, 20 years with 1000's of dollars in training have quit do to the inapt management skills, Wake up Ring power!
