SurePoint makes me feel valued, professionally and personally. I have the autonomy to add value anywhere and everywhere. I enjoy being productive and there is always lots to work on to improve processes. All of my colleagues are very intelligent and always helping push things forward. Our CEO recognizes how hard everyone works that he continues finding ways to force work/life balance, including unlimited PTO, team employee appreciation weeks every January, and now monthly mental health days. I’ve never seen a CEO care this much about making sure employees are taking care of themselves because his people are too passionate about their work!
