Listen to these reviews as leadership continues to turn a blind eye to this terrible culture at Rippling. It seems as leadership encourages managers who are lacking experience in their roles, so they can continue to push for no inclusivity, or transparency, or clear development and promotion structures. Managers are non-skilled, and lack any soft skills especially upper management. You guys will sure have a lawsuit soon.
