Resume builder, nice coworkers and decent raises.

Not enough time off and sick time, no advancement opportunities, lots of IT and software problems with lack of communication on changes made to them. Unreasonable deadlines that result in required overtime. Disconnect between departments.

Management issues go unresolved and are detrimental to employee moral, and detrimental to retention of amazing employees. Corrective action is slow at best but usually nonexistent. And it is like a cancer that is killing certain departments that should otherwise grow and thrive.

To upper management: Inappropriate and unethical behavior aside. Lack of ability and running a department into the ground should be cause enough for removal.
