Worst experience as a fresher.( never start your career as a fresher from here)

The only reason to work for there is to learn how corporate politics works.
And the only good personality to learn something from is Raju shah sir.

- They make you feel like you are worst. They pulls you down instead of supporting freshers and giving equal opportunities.
- Dirtiest politics I've ever seen in my life.
( I've seen people are being hired from RISE batch just because they have their family members at other side. I've also seen the politics and partiality in assigning the project and giving an opportunity for growth and knowledge. If you are shoe licking personality you will get an opportunity for growth in terms of knowledge and experience else you would be considered arrogant. And they might play politics to make you helpless and being fraustreted or panicked you may put the resign. )
- HRs are very professional Mind game player who might play with your mind to make you feel guilty. And applying for resign.
- Nepotism at highest. ( you can only get good exposure if you have connections there)
- They have mafia HRs.
- They literally puts you on bench for no reason/ or you might be victim of the great corporate politics. And then They will ask you about your performance.
- funny thing is dept. Manager Don't even gives you enough opportunity to prove yourself. They give you any non technical tasks to do. And then they will doubt your technical skills. And will be like that you don't have enough skills to work on any project.
