Smart and dedicated people, established company structure with clear flow of information and transparent expectations. Good incentive structure with a clear internal career path. A lot of support for additional skills training. High growth business which will IPO soon so stock options are more relevant.

Compared to most other companies I have worked at, Riskified is run very well. There is almost 0 employee turnover and a great atmosphere (despite the pandemic) with competitive compensation.
