Things were different at the time I was hired. If you are a woman and you want to be treated the same as your male coworkers, do not work here. I worked in their White Plains office which was a disaster. It was constantly flooding and smelled like the dumpster sitting right outside of it. As far as management goes, they micromanage everything. The former CEO was involved in the smallest decisions that were made at the customer level - I've never contacted a call center where the CEO had to approve anything. It's just poor business etiquette. Also, only a portion of the company would observe every single Jewish holiday and those employees would have off. The remainder of employees would still have to work those holidays and also work on Thanksgiving, Easter, New Years Day, so on and so forth. Doesn't sound fair to me. Also, the obvious sexism was horrific. While I would like to give Ritani a great review considering the great product they put out, I just can't, considering how backward they are in the way they do business. Somehow they get pretty outstanding people to work for them and when they try to do their jobs, they won't let them. They also keep toxic employees around far too long and let them get away with far too much.
