Everything else. Management lies, doesn't communicate, rules don't apply to them. You don't get answers directly. Always vague. Rules change from one employee to the next.
Upper management doesn't see the disfunction in the MCT/CTC department so the nonsense goes on. High turnover because of management. Not because of the work, clients or the work.

Upper management should do detective work to investigate the wrong doings of management at Mobile Crisis. From the Director on down to the othe r managers. Input someone undercover if you have to because it would be an eye opener as to why talented people leave.

Everything other than patients. Managment is unavailable staff as well as patient needs. Poor work life balance. Poor staffing and support. Limited resources and all management cares about is "the budget and billable".
