Worst place to work ever

As a developer you can do any work there other than coding, like testing, calling clients, Calling people for selling software, cleaning,even your salary is 4 digit they will assure you that you are getting the best salary in the whole district.
|
1. Never expect experience letter from them, in their point of view experience letter is not required to get another job. I didn't get experience letter till now. And IAM not only the one who didn't get experience letter. So aware of it.
2. They will reduce your salary saying like you will be on training for 6 month's like that, but there will be no one to train you, if you are experienced person then you can go ahead otherwise they will continuously say it's kiddish code, kiddish development etc and they will sell your code (without any edits) shamelessly. They are doing this only make you believe you are not good at development so that you will not search for another job or asking for salary hike.
3. Even if the product didn't work because of network issues , they will say the problem is in your code
4. They will say so many beautiful this like we will shift you to client site in Amsterdam, Netherlands or us ,etc. Never fall for it .that is never going to be happen
5. They have offices in Chennai, USA, and palakkad Kerala , I worked in Kerala office in my 1 year experience there, they didn't showed any pictures of other offices, we can't find them in Google also
6. Never expect any respect from them
7. Anyway if you are good at praising without seeing any good at a person then you can go ahead.you will be their best person and also you will get some benefits as praised by them Infront of others.
You may think why I worked there for 1 year, I had some break in my career as I want to continue in my career and I didn't have time for searching jobs again, I didn't mind the company infrastructure and I really believed about the benefits they said. The main purpose was expecting letter. But the sad thing is that they didn't provide my experience letter. It happened to me , if I share my experience I think someday someone will get benefit from this.
