I love that there is a high level of autonomy at Riversand. I have grown exponentially in so many areas because I am not limited to only working within one function. I work very closely with my manager and I appreciate feeling that we are working together as opposed to me working for her. I have been able to grow and express my ideas in an authentic way. My manager recognizes my talents and has provided encouragement and opportunities for me to hone in on those skills. I feel valued because my work does not go unnoticed.

I have been with Riversand for more than 8 years now. Have seen good and some not so good times. There are a lot of opportunities for people who are hungry to take charge, learn diverse set of skills or build a career. Essentially, its up to the employee to utilize the opportunity for their own sake. One of the many advantages working for a small enough company with a big enough vision.
