I love that there is a high level of autonomy at Riversand. I have grown exponentially in so many areas because I am not limited to only working within one function. I work very closely with my manager and I appreciate feeling that we are working together as opposed to me working for her. I have been able to grow and express my ideas in an authentic way. My manager recognizes my talents and has provided encouragement and opportunities for me to hone in on those skills. I feel valued because my work does not go unnoticed.
