Rive is a good place to work. If you are looking for a nice stable job, that is the place to be. I will not get your hopes up for advancement since it is a very small company so not much room for advancement but they appreciate a hard worker who helps the company advance.
The work environment is really good and the management has an open-door policy.

Great group of people to work with, can be intense at times and fighting for survival in the market place can be tough.
there is very fair management with many industry experts and connections to experienced consultants in catalyst research and manufacturing. I have leaned about porosity in zeolite that benefits a cracking unit at oil refinery. Also learned about spray drying catalysts and testing them on ACE unit and CPS unit to characterize potential behavior at the refinery.
