This was an exciting place to work for a while even though there were quite a few ups and downs. the energy was positive and it was great to be a part of something with so much potential.
|
Too many ups and downs. The founder passed away and the company was purchased and moved to California. Only a few employees left working from home in Colorado. Very sad ending.

The employees at Rivet are amazing and were the only reason people stayed there.
|
Leadership is manipulative, inexperienced, and very political. Nepotism runs rampant, and unless you are a part of the "in-crowd" they will find a way to make your life so miserable you really have no other option but to look for opportunities elsewhere.
