company does not provide continued training or possibilities for growth or promotion. teams are highly separate and no one cooperates with one another. Unless you're a salesman, you will never be treated fairly.

Great place to work.

I loved working there. I would go back if I had the opportunity. My supervisors and coworkers were great. Only drawback is that there was a lot of favoritism. Too much putting certain employees up on a pedestal and thinking everyone else should be like them. They claim team work but not true.

Stressfull the boss was very spiteful and angry all the time.

I would never go back because of the boss attitude. He did not appreciate the work you did for him and would always try to little man everyone there. A lot of people had differences with him.

The work is engaging and worth doing, but the management is very unstable and inconsistent across the company. Some managers are excellent, while others are unresponsive, uncooperative, and machiavellian in their approach to dealing with their teams.
