The BEST place I have ever worked.

The company is full of incredibly intelligent, talented people who work hard as a team and as individuals. I have an unlimited amount of resources and support to choose from and everyone is happy to help each other improve, coming to work each day is a delight! The CEO - Sanjay, is an absolute angel. He is the most sincere supportive and genuine person I have ever met, I have the utmost respect for him and the company he has created. He takes the time to get to know every single person (even with 200 + people in the company) and no one is beneath him. He has an open door policy and is very transparent with his employees because they are his second family. I cannot rave about RL enough.

Absolutely nothing, The racism rumour is actually funny to me because this company is the most culturally diverse place I have ever worked for.

RL is a fantastic place to work if you are a self starter, takes ownership of your projects and do not expect to be spoon fed and micro managed along the way. I loved working at RL - it's a place where you can have an idea, and be able to execute it without many roadblocks. My colleagues at RL were open and always willing to help out even if they are not from the same department.
|
Since many employees are given autonomy to complete their work, some hires don't know how to adjust to not being constantly managed. This has led to some employees feeling that management doesn't care or are ineffective. I personally felt my autonomy as a sign of trust and allows me the freedom to shape the outcome of my work.

Company had a good culture and it was lots of fun working there. There lots of team activities and people were very friendly, especially the CEO who was so kind and open.
|
The work was pretty boring and tedious at times. My direct supervisor wasn't very nice and supportive unfortunately, which affected me a lot in terms of work and interest.

Amazing company culture and dynamics, lots of projects and great teams.

There are some challenges with the company organization, but I've not experienced the rumors of racism that were mentioned in other reviews. It is true that we could benefit from having some employees voluntarily quit, but it's not excessive here, applies to most companies and doesn't prevent work from being done.
