Have a child? Who cares if they need to be picked up, are sick, are in the hospital, get a different job. Job is easy & cool most of the time. Good manager's @ the loaf n jugs that you work @. Very bad ownership the CEO Brian & his goons are not friendly & do not have any heart or care about there employees. Traveling all over without advances putting out your own time & money before you ever get a pay check. If you have a problem with something they don't even wanna talk to you. They would rather get mad and treat you like crap. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you do work for them make sure you have plenty of money to blow before you ever get a pay check. Good luck getting ahold of them when you work for them very bad communications skills. There just in it for there own pockets. Pay is decent but not worth the massive amount of stress you are put under... especially the supervisors. No benefits offered to full-time employees or supervisors. The required travel is ridiculous and is tough on your vehicle. However, I worked out of Colorado Springs, and we only had one company vehicle (that basically never worked). The Denver crews had three new vehicles at their disposal, so I can't comment on their view on the traveling. The hours are typically awful, especially when having to travel long distances. (Audits start no later than 7 AM and they don't care if you live four hours away from the location). Doing out-of-state audits is stressful and exhausting - and the hotels are usually very sketchy. Also, don't take toll roads in a company car because the general consensus is that Brian, one of the owners, will take that directly out of your paycheck without notifying you. The job itself not very difficult, however you usually get very dirty and are standing/squatting in odd positions for hours on end and you typically are sore all the time. However, my advice to the owners would be to show some loyalty to your employees.
