If you need any kind of accommodation or if you’re ever having issues, they have an open-door policy that isn’t just lip service. Very kind, very respectful. When I worked here, I admired the way they ran things. The only thing I can think of is that the pay isn’t competitive within the industry. The vast majority of my colleagues were a joy to work with. Located in a nice part of town. Morale is generally high around the organization. Management are accessible to the staff when we need them. I’ve personally been treated well from day one. A fair employer overall. None. Sometimes we miss deadlines because of miscommunication, advancement opportunities are tough but doable…you can pick out all sorts of things if you approach it with a negative mindset. But honestly, I’ve never been part of a culture as supportive as this one. We’re more than just a team. We’re a family that looks out for one another. I’ll gladly take on the good and the bad that comes with working at RMS Media to be a member of this team. Rest assured that we’re all held to a very high standard, meaning that everything we put out there is high quality. The company isn’t perfect, but I wouldn’t work anywhere else in the world at the moment. Having too much fun! The CEO can get a little carried away with his vision of the future. One of the best aspects about working at RMS is that they’ll hire you even if you have zero experience. This is great for those who want to jump into the industry, but often face high bars to entry due to lack of experience. Located in a great part of town in a nice building. Treats employees well.
