Promise work life balance but doesn't deliver

Managment will talk all day about their strict working hours but when it's time for you to be at home with your family they will blow up your phone. I have even been called as early as 3:00 am with questions about my accounts. You will drive hundreds of miles a week with no company car and you will have to replace your vehicle at least every 3 years and that damage is not reflected in your pay.

Overworked, underpaid, personal vehicle worn out

Great company if you enjoy running your vehicle until the wheels fall off with zero compensation for gas or wear and tear. Expected to use your personal cell phone for work (and setup your voice mail reflecting that) with zero compensation for your phone.
Pay is commission only, no opportunity for raises, just told to sell more no matter the state of the economy. Management is completely out of touch with the market and does not leave the office to help. There is a reason the other distributor companies are dominating the market.
When taking sick time or vacation, managers will cover your route with zero effort resulting in money out of your pocket since pay is commission only. Don't expect to take any holidays off to sped with your family, the company comes first. All vacation blocked off for October, November, and December.
I would not wish this job on my worst enemy.
